Anybody signed up with Tymebank?

I'm still struggling. No OTPs and No SMS notifications about transactions.

I called them and they said on their side Vodacom has marked all the SMSs as Delivered. If any of them failed they would have seen the failed SMSes. Vodacom is just like call Tyme Bank. Tyme bank says call Vodacom.

Normal SMS works fine and I even still get spam SMS but nothing from Tyme Bank and started just a few days ago so nothing changed my side. Same sim, same phone, same network, same number.

I changed phones and switch SMS centre numbers to a secondary one Vodacom has still nothing.

Now I'm stuck can't make EFT or online payments for the services I have to pay manually. I will have to use my CC and just pay more money into it. Damn it.

It's a major issue and it is Tyme's service providers without a doubt. I am on Telkom with the same issue. Can pay dstv or telkom online now with this mess! @TymeBank Team @TymeGuy

They are ignoring me on Facebook too!

Telkom is no longer a problem for me since I cancelled that sim.

I use Vodapay to pay anything with easy pay numbers but can't because of the OTP issue. I will just use my CC for this month and see when the OTP issue gets fixed. Hopefully more people complain and they fix it.

Im paying with African bank - Telkom is actually a landline and DSTV, ja

I prefer paying with my Tyme Bank card because of PnP smartshopper points but they have reduced that so don't get as much as before but going to even get less if I have to move funds over to my CC not sure how I'm going to do that because EFTs aren't working without OTP.

Maybe I must just go change my Cellphone number at the Kiosk.

I also do Tyme for the Smart Shopper as low as it is now :-( Not much I can really do this month though, given the situation.

I did think of changing my cell at the kiosk - but the kiosk at my main Pick n Pay has been removed, and at my secondary is always offline. That leaves the third, only, which may or may not work.

Is 3D secure down again cant use card to pay Afrihost or Prepaid gamer due to it saying card has no 3DS
