Yeah it's complete BS for me. Have never had this problem with Capitec despite not having any purchasing pattern. Even +R20k purchases out of the blue on an account I usually do only a few thousand per month didn't raise any flags. Seems Tyme is trying to completely curb the risk of fraud in order to offer the account. If so it's going to cause a lot of irate consumers.Surely these false-positives for their fraud detection are going to get annoying after a while...
They don't support online transactions yet.
You can login with pin even if you have thumb print or if you are failing to login with thumb print the pin is always there as a backup.
We finally have a kiosk. I managed to confirm my details and my limits were increased, but I couldn't print a debit card. It keeps giving me error that it can't print my debit card right now... Any idea on how to get it to work?

I signed up 2 days ago online for new account, went down to my local PnP to pick up my card, no TymeBank assistant anywhere in sight, had already left b4 3.30pm and after PnP cust serv staff trying to assist me and numerous attempts using my thumb and pin to log in and failing with errors and telling me to contact the bank by phone I walked out!
Try the above and also send them an email or Facebook messenger message.

Well maybe an issue with your account because it does work. Everytime I pass a kiosk I login with pin to check if they have added any new features and stuff. It always work with my pin even though I have thumb prints registered.
Use Facebook messenger.Haven't replied to my tweet 24hrs later. Call centre woman told me to reset my password even after I told her 3 times I had tried that 4 times. She is escalating it.
So far, my concern is customer support with this bank. Bad first impressions happening for me and I still don't have s flippen online banking password, nor can I add an email address to my profile.
