We finally have a kiosk. I managed to confirm my details and my limits were increased, but I couldn't print a debit card. It keeps giving me error that it can't print my debit card right now... Any idea on how to get it to work?
Mine worked when I logged out and. Ack in again.

I want to make a suggestion that would be REALLY good. It's obvious that some kiosks will go down for whatever reason.

How about you better the layout on the website with the list of kiosk and allow each kiosk to "call home" to confirm it's online. If it doesn't "call home" then the website lists it as offline. This will help people that are going to a kiosk and to fin it's offline. Would be really nice.

As for the rest we just need international and local online purchases set then we are sorted :giggle:

Used the App a bit this morning to create some goalsaves. There are still a lot of bugs in this bank. Got several errors. One when trying to create a goalsave, a couple when trying to send money to a goalsave and now, I transferred R1 to one of my goalsaves to start interest charging it, money has left the main account but not showing in the goal save.

When you are playing with 1 rands, it's slightly irritating, but imagine transferring thousands and it leaves the main account but does not reflect in the goalsave. Makes me worried....

So @cavedog @TymeBank @TymeGuy my ongoing PnP Smartshopper saga continues. It's starting to annoy me now that they can't get this sorted.

I got a SMS 2 weeks ago saying my profile didn't link correctly and will be sorted and points are still being added and not lost don't worry. I checked my points in the PnP App and appeared as maybe some points have been added as it went up a bit so thought "sweet - all sored" - how stupid of me to think that !!!

Today ... try my yellow Tymebank card at PnP Smartshopper kiosk. Says invalid card number. Ok then ...
Do my small shop, swipe Tymebank Smartshopper at Till as normal, says invalid. Get annoyed, paid for my small shop and look on Till ship and says "If you were s Smartshopper you could have earned ...". Earlier this week it was fine and swiped OK and worked (well at least for purchases, didn't try redeem any money off the Smartshopper balance)

So what the hell now ... is my number now not even working or what. This is getting ridiculous, 1st started this trying to get it sorted process on 29 Jan ... gees. Contacted them again asking for them to call me to explain what is going on, which I'm not holding my breath about.

I wonder if this is happening to other people. @TymeGuy said here that they were busy sorting this out ... have they done this? Maybe on of the reps can comment vs just being silent all the time.

Ohh no. Maybe you should try getting a replacement card tyme card at the kiosk? :unsure: For me it's been linked correctly since I first joined in November so if it works then it works well it's sad you have to struggle like this. :cautious:

Yah, quite annoying. I'll see what their support team comes back with, don't really want to get a new card just for the hell of it, wouldn't want to try and say "I had this old card with this old number and now I have this and what's going on etc". So ja .... one day, one day will get things all sorted out, I hope anyway.

I managed to get my card working. My first one was printed blank, second one gave a chip malfunction. Went to pnp again on Friday. At the kiosk I just selected the replace card option, and chose damaged card. Got a new card in seconds and used it at the till to buy a chocolate. Works 100% now. Probably wont be using it much, but still waiting for my goalsaves to reach 9%.

3 strikes now.
1) Issues signing up and still no password to get into online banking. Still waiting for support to resolve this.
2) Transfer failed, but money was taken from my main account and is still MIA (only R1)
3) 2nd swipe test at Mr Price Home failed saying card not authorised. Swipe was for R50, while I have R86 left in the account.

With the above in mind, no ways can I comfortably switch my salary and debit orders from Capitec to this bank. Will wait and see what Bank Zero offers in the coming months...

Strange people have so many issues. Have yet to encounter any (except the wrong interest shown on GoalSaves sometimes).

Was this today? I'm declining everywhere. Phoned them..."some people say they having issues"

Can not login today, says password is incorrect but is 100% correct, tried twice to get my card just errors all the way.
