On limits of account balance, how will it be monitored and enforced? If you deposit R100k day 1, move to goal save; then any interest received will push you over the limit. What happens? Does the overflow/interest go to the everyday account? @TymeBank @TymeBank_Team @TymeGuy

PS, I opened an account online with zero issues; and later got my card from PnP Waverley with zero issues. Total time spent less than 5 minutes. Sweet experience
BSB, well aware of that, yes. My question relates to monitoring and enforcing of this limit, how it will be done and what exactly happens.
Lol yeah sure spin another one...

Tyme: Your dispute for R-167.40 on card has been logged. We will provide feedback by

Above is sms from Tyme.
Needs some serious attention paid to finer details.

1)on card
Was the card no supposed to be mentioned, or are a few words missing?
There's 2 spaces after the word card, so the number is probably missing.

2)date is missing at the end.
We're very sorry about this SMS. It's a technical glitch that we're aware of and are working on. The follow-up ones will be better.

@TymeBank Can't install the app on phone unless i change my Google Play country to SA, which I do not want to, for a few reasons, primarily as im dual Brit/SA and changing it back will not be poss for 1 year.

Can you remove this limitation please.

Hi @TymeBank @TymeGuy,

I've recently received my Tymebank card and have done some transactions. Although I don't see my smart shopper points anywhere?

Looking at the PnP app - I don't see point there either, how do I access my points earned?

Many thanks!

Mmmm, you guys made me wonder about my Smart shopper linked to my Tyme card. I just logged in and checked and the linked smart shopper card number differ from my actual smart shopper card number.
Is there a place I can change it online?

Lots of discussion regarding that on this thread.

Yes, the number is different.
You have a BlueCard Smartshopper no. and then a TymeBank Smartshopper no. and they get linked in the backend by your ID.

First step is go a kiosk and swipe first your blue card then your yellow card.

If they both log in and show the same balance they linked, if the Tyme card says invalid card they not linked.

Let us know the results.

.... and then if they aren't linked your pain starts (like I'm struggling with)

Is this being investigated by our Card Team? We'd be very happy to escalate this for you. Please send your details through to social@tymebank.co.za.
After 5 days (including the weekend) I sent a private message via mybb to @TymeBank_Team to Enquire if there is any progress with my refund for my 3 transactions that were declined yet debited from the account. No response here, so I decided to email them, clearly stating in all my correspondence that I prefer email communication and can only take calls for a few hours, I received a 10 min call (outside these hours) , verified my details, and asked me for a ref no,
they actually phoned me to ask for a reference number. It took 10 mins to tell me that I'm not the only one affected and should carry on checking my account for the refund.

So still no refund?
