After 5 days (including the weekend) I sent a private message via mybb to
@TymeBank_Team to Enquire if there is any progress with my refund for my 3 transactions that were declined yet debited from the account. No response here, so I decided to email them, clearly stating in all my correspondence that I prefer email communication and can only take calls for a few hours, I received a 10 min call (outside these hours) , verified my details, and asked me for a ref no,
they actually phoned me to ask for a reference number. It took 10 mins to tell me that I'm not the only one affected and should carry on checking my account for the refund.
