Anyone else experiencing some poor connectivity to the EU Starcraft 2 servers?

I am on fibre (RSA WEB on Vumatel) and I am experiencing some pretty bad network performance when playing SC2.

It started recently and I have eliminated all the usual suspects (PC hardware, malware, other users on my network etc).

In SC2 it looks like periodic lag spikes which makes me think packet loss. Ping plotter shows some as you can see below.

Anyone else experiencing this?

Looks like it was a Vumatel issue. Fixed now. Thank goodness!

Our Engineers are working with Vumatel’s engineers to resolve the degraded performance of your fibre service during the evening. We will be completing the work required tomorrow morning the 10th of January 2019. We will need to assess the impact of these changes tomorrow evening however are confident that the performance issue will be resolved tomorrow.
