Anyone else having issues with outgoing emails (MTN = outgoing server)

Been unable to send emails for 2 days and MTN is being very blase about it. "We are investigating the matter. We escalated your complaint."

How long can it take to investigate and fix this?

Probably blackilsted due to spammers.
If your mail service provider is not MTN, use their own SMTP server for outgoing mail, not MTN. It works only with authentication, login/password is usually the same as for incoming mail.

Do you mean you think that I was blacklisted??? They did not mention that when I called to enquire about the problem.

Please explain the rest of your advice - not following.....

No offense. I mean MTN SMTP server could be blacklisted in the international database due to the spammers operating from prepaid SIMs.

Regarding further advice all depends on whether your Email account is on MTN or somewhere else, as mentioned in my previous post.
