Anyone else not getting speeds that they are contracted for with Vumatel?

HI guys.

Ever since Vumatel took down the network in North Riding for an upgrade about 6 - 10 weeks ago, I have never been able to get back to my 20/20 line. I now only get 10/10

I have been on at Webafrica for weeks now, and nothing is getting sorted.

I had an engineer from Britelink come out and test, and all was fine on the line and he said there has been a problem ever since the upgrade that people haven't been put back to their contracted speeds.

I'm losing it with these guys now on a daily basis as nothing is being done.

Is anyone else experiencing speeds slower than what they are contracted for.

Should I be requesting refunds, or cancelling services.
