Anyone getting really bad lag to all EU game servers?

anyone been getting terrible ping to eu servers lately? (past 1.5 weeks ish)
in HoN a lot are getting 350-500ms

It does appear so, but I'm not entirely convinced. Those timings in traces aren't exactly reliable in my experience.

How are you guys getting 155ms in the first place to EU? Damnit I would sacrifice my 10-14 local ping for that. The best I ever get to EU is 198 but it's mostly 200 - 220ms.

I play Hon as well. In the past Mweb and Afihost used to get between 180 and 250 ping to Eu servers. Telkom was terrible at over 300. Now in the past while. Afrihost is still the same. Yet Telkom and mweb have swapped places .

Mweb getting over 300 ever since I got throttled and now untrhottled. Telkom been getting good ping with them for about several months now.

How are you guys getting 155ms in the first place to EU? Damnit I would sacrifice my 10-14 local ping for that. The best I ever get to EU is 198 but it's mostly 200 - 220ms.

When I do a trace route to Eu I also get around 150-170. Yet the pings I get are not that good when I play on the servers. As said above, around 190-250.

How are you guys getting 155ms in the first place to EU?

CPT people often get 30ms lower ping than PTA crowd. That being said its still pretty low. 200 is about par for the course in GP, so 170ish is normal for CPT. Good ISP choice & picking the right server accounts for the remaining 15ms.

That being said...once you hit an actual gaming server it'll be higher again...usually about 20ms.

Hi There,
I did a few ping tests and got around 200ms to your European sites. I am in JHB and at home connected to Afrihost so my results consistent with others above.
