Anyone going thru the NNGY exchange in dbn experiencing higher ping times?

Since last week sometime my ping to the server my adsl connects through (196.209.16.1) has gone up from 30ms to 64ms, now i want to find out if its my line or if there is authentication problems at the exchange again
