Anyone here use compiz-fusion with an ATI card?

You could check if the card is supported, here.

My previous motherboard had an integrated Radeon 3200 series gpu and Compiz-fusion worked fine, even with the open source driver.

I'm using an ATI mobility card with compiz, and its running brilliantly.

It working with my ATI card as well... Wasn't aware that there should be a reason to question whether it would work or not... Unless I'm missing out on something?

I'd love to use Compiz but it seems it's quite a bitch with Xinerama (dual screen setup) :ban:
It's cool that compiz works with ATI now.... at one stage it would take one look at an ATI card and gtfo.

my previous laptop (HP 8510w) had an ATI crad and compiz worked 99.9% (water effect didn't work but everything else did)
on some ATI cards it's apparently a little "iffy"

my Nvidia based laptop never skipped a beat.
(I'm on Fedora)
