Anyone know what is happening at WebAfrica?

I've been a happy WebAfrica customer for many years and stayed with them because of their good customer service, but ever since fibre has rolled around the wheels seems to have come off there.

Closing tickets without resolving them.

Not responding to new tickets.

Not picking up the call centre telephones.

Not answering their live chats.

My fibre line has been available for two weeks now and still no answer/response from WebAfrica, but probably cannot cancel my order without being billed for it anyway.

Yup, WA have basically lost the plot. Don't know what's going on there but you would be well advised to move to a different ISP. I have also had unending pain and torment with them when it comes to getting fibre installed, I actually got better service from Telkom/Openserve...
