I'm currently looking at moving down to Cape Town, and one of the places that has caught my eye is the Royal Ascot in Milnerton. Most of the places available seem to be in the newly built Equini complex, and I was wondering whether anyone is currently living there, or has stayed there, and if they could share their experiences. Is it a good place to live? Any problems with ADSL? It doesn't seem as nice as the older complexes/houses in Royal Ascot in terms of positioning, but still seems like a decent place to live (although you can clearly see the industrial side of Milnerton from the road that loops around the complex at the back).
Any feedback would be appreciated.
