Hey everyone
I was just wondering if anyone here has used a HP Procurve MSM310 Access Point before? Our school bought one recently to help cover some prefab classrooms.
We are just starting to look into how to use it properly. It's got a nice web interface, runs Linux at the core. I think it has a CM9 radio in it, if I read the label on the back of the unit right. We also bought some 7dbi antennae to put on it, the original 2dbi were not powerful enough.
Overall, a very nice piece of kit. Expensive though. People suggested a Mikrotik setup instead, but the ProCurve plays nicely with ProCurve Manager and our other ProCurve switches.
