going for $60 for one copy, and they got the 4-pack for $180

so its $45 instead of $60 which is quite good if you ask me

R8.20 to the U$D at the moment...

R369 a copy instead of R492

any takers??

Nah - it's kewl thanks dude. Greenmangaming is a little cheaper so a better option. Why don't you just go grab a copy there too?

I prefer to keep all my games on Steam hey, unless there is some way that I can still incorporate it into Steam?

also, is this GMG safe? never heard of it.... its a lot cheaper for no apparent reason...

I have purchased games before from other sites that were steam games, and from I remember, when you run it, it still requires steam. You punch in the code and it becomes part of your steam library.

I seem to remember it this way but stand to be corrected.

Yes indeed, this is also true for Borderlands 2 from GMG.

Third party DRM: Steam
This game requires a free Steam account to play.

http://www.greenmangaming.com/s/za/en/pc/games/rpgs/borderlands-2/

Pre-purchase now for access to the Borderlands 2 Premiere Club:

Golden Key:

Unlock a rare item in the mysterious Sanctuary Loot Chest.

Vault Hunter's relic:

Play solo or team up with friends and boost your gear-hunting fortune with the Vault Hunter's Relic.

Gearbox Gunpack:

A package of unique Gearbox Golden Guns to help you start your journey on Pandora!

New character class:

Receive a free download of the all-new Mechromancer character class as soon as she's available.

I assume most sites like this buy in bulk, much like your Macro or Pick n Pay and are able to sell their products for cheaper. It's all about competition.

can someone explain to me how they can sell it so cheap?

I dont know about gaming, but in publishing retailers profits account for about 50% of a books cover price. There is plenty space for great specials.
