Apple announces AI play - "Apple Intelligence"

Where is that from? Because that seems wrong.
This site. No clue if its true, hence why I'm asking. They say it will have basic AI stuff like Siri improvements and whatnot, but not much.

My feeling is that it will be the other way around and we won’t get the basic stuff (meant to run locally) on the older hardware but we may have some access to the more advanced stuff that is cloud-powered.

Guess we’ll only find out in the months to come leading up to September.
 
It would be instantly detected across the board, so they would never do anything like that.



Microsoft we can expect this kind of things from, especially since they partially own the company in question.

Apple is not Microsoft though.

So yes it's possible they CAN do this sure, but they never would as it would be popping up in audits immediately.

There is an old saying.

Companies should minimize any exposure to technology that is known to expose data.

Hence why Configuration Profiles, Endpoint Protection and managed Gateways exist.

It's exactly why we don't run Windows.
