Can the 2 not just get along.

I hate seeing them waste my money like that. The Lawyers fees has to come from somewhere.

Me thinks you have them confused with our gov? How could they be wasting your money -- do you own shares, or do you believe the device costs are inflated by past season's legal costs?
 
LOL well the constant court cases and legal battles does cost money, I am sure it all cant be for free.

Companies make money out of selling things, in the end they up prices just to compensate, directly affecting my pocket, so yes my money gets wasted ;)

They cost money true. But so little money to basically be irrelevant in the pricing of the iPhone/iPad
