Nice of them to slash their profit margin to only 500%.

20% discount on iPads which are almost new, where the box has been opened or demo models
I guess you will have to check out any item you want to buy VERY carefully first.

Why are you people incapable of providing links to actual sites you are talking about in any of your stories?

We have an iStore?

I thought we have Apple agents only in this country.

Aaah a FakeStore then.

The apple shops are called AppleStore in operational countries. They are called iStore in agency countries.

Half correct. Apple store <-- official name, but no country but SA call has an iStore. Most people know iStore as slang for Apple Official store.

Yes you will find stores all over the world with some play of i and store but none of them has anything to do with official Apple as in the compny other than selling Apple goods. Some even include goods from other OEM's.

All I am saying is the original article makes it sound as-if myistore is official and its in no way connected to Apple other than trying to be a Fake Apple Store.

Example
Isrial - http://www.istoreil.co.il/
India - http://www.istoreindia.com/
Greece - http://www.the-istore.gr/
New Zealand - http://www.istorenz.com/

UK for example has an "iStore" http://my-i-store.co.uk/ and Official Apple Stores http://www.apple.com/uk/retail/storelist/

Ah. .co.il mmmmm - /rushes of the register mortal.coil.

Must be honest I never got that impression from the article. iStore has been around as a (Core) brand for at least 8 years, IIRC. When the first one opened, I was talking to an apple user in Greece who was bitching about their agency (operates like core) and he told me year or two after ours that they had an iStore opening - hence my belief that it is an apple agency brand.

Anyone able to find out anything more yet? I tried calling but they not answering their phones. The R5000 off 15 inch Macbook pro looks good, depending of course what model and year MBP it is, maybe it's just really old stock they are trying to clear out.

Listen, that R300 of a Mighty Mouse....worth every cent. I got one a few years back and it leaves me disabled when I don't have it. So if that is what they mean by wireless, then there's the real treasure. I'll try pop into Melrose Arch now now and see...

I guess it makes sense to get rid of stock while it's still legal.

I emailed the store closest to me but no reply yet. Also the store website doesn't mention anything about these specials.

*edit*

Found the pamphlet:
