Apple Stores Are Hit With Complaints of Sliding Customer Service

Web Smith’s recent experience at his local Apple store in the suburbs of Columbus, Ohio, has been an exercise in frustration.

There was the time he visited the Easton Town Center location to buy a laptop for his 11-year-old daughter and spent almost 20 minutes getting an employee to accept his credit card. In January, Smith was buying a monitor and kept asking store workers to check him out, but they couldn’t because they were Apple “Geniuses” handling tech support and not sales.

Why are you using an iStore image when the article is about Apple Stores... If I were iStore I would be extremely annoyed and request you change the image immediately. Come on MyBB, this is not how you localise content - by tarnishing a local brand reputation

Funny how we've always wanted our iStores to emulate their overseas counterparts, now it seems the opposite is happening.

Louis Rossman on YouTube has a whole business and channel almost because of Apple's poor service and policy on repairing their own products.

I love that guy!
I watch his channel mostly for the rants. "Fck you apple. Fck you."
(Of course, I watch his repairs as well...it's quite cool.)

Genius Bar caught ripping customer off ON CAMERA by CBC News

Apple & Customs STOLE my batteries, that they won't even provide to AASPs.

As a tech guy, I just shudder when I watch these articles. It's not a ripoff, it's a RIPOFF.
