Crappy 16gb as base option.

I can imagine that Apple's thinking is that there'll be people happy with whatever the base model is, so that means extra profit by keeping it at 16Gb, and also that there are people who would want at least 32Gb who will have no option except to pay the extra to get the 64Gb model, which also means extra profit. Having a 32Gb base model would result in both groups buying the base model.
