I believe that fizzy drinks make you fat if you drink them.
Appletiser is fizzy but I can't see anything on the ingriedients that make people fat.
Does Appletiser make you fat or is it an ok fizzy.

On the can (200ml):
Ingredients - 100% pure sparkling apple juice.

AFAIK the tizers are as fattening as natural fruit juice. Not nearly as bad as Coke and Fanta and stuff.

Most fizzy drinks are not fattening as such but when people drink 1-4l a day then you have a problem. I am sure there is not much difference between appletizer and coke for instance if you drink 1 tin a day, anything in moderation will be fine.

If you are worried about weight why drink anything but water? What is the point of drinking anything but water if weight is a concern.

The reason for that is because liquids are not filling. And most people don't consider the calorie content combined with their food intake. I usually drink Pepsi Light (not max). It's 1 calorie and no sugar.

I think this problems stems from the fact that parents don't teach their children to not drink and eat, but to drink afterwards. My ex had that problem, after I finished my food and wanted to drink my coke she usually had half of it already because she finished her drink before eating and then doesn't finish her food either.

But yadayadayada

If any fruit juice (btw) says "No Sugar" they usually mean no added sugar. It is still pretty concentrated compared to the real thing. so watch out for that

Appletizer and Grapetizer contain natural sugars like fructose - they don't add artificial sweeteners like Coke, Fanta, Sprite, etc.
The fiz is just carbon dioxide - the same stuff you breath out your lungs. Not harmful in small quantities.

I really doubt you could become fat by drinking lots of Appletizer but your bank balance won't be fat if you do drink a lot of it! ;)

JK you must remmeber everyone has different metabolisms so you cand rink 10l of a coke a day and not gain weight but your buddy who only drinks 2l's a day starts to pick up weight.

So what i am saying if it your prone to getting fat coke in large quantities is a huge no no, so you are not infact proof that coke does not make you fat, you are proof we all have different metabolisms.

Fruit juice, unless it's freshly squeezed, can be just as bad for you. The reason being, while they say no sugar added, it is still quite sweet for a reason. The denatured apple/pear/grape juice added is apparently boiled and reduced till it's almost like a jam, and that's then added to the juice to sweeten it. So it's not all that good for you.

And it's not the carbonation that's bad for you in soft drinks, it's all the other stuff. The tons of sugar and other chemicals.

Yikes thats a bit shocking.

Ok so hold up for one second then bwana, would you say if someone ate fruit all day and nothing else they would get fat? I would imagine if someone lived on a fruit diet they would not put on any weight.

Wow thats alot more sugar in some cases than coke, can only be in the juices i do not believe the fruit you pick off trees has nearly that amount.
