Aramex are having “issues” at the moment we are currently in a fight with themHi All
New to the forum, but have used AGS before, although only from US and Germany, with great results.
However, I recently shipped some camera gear from Japan expecting similar results, although this is not the case :/
The package was shipped to the forwarding address on the 2nd, which was delivered (according to local delivery service) on 6 May. Today (10 May, 4 days later) there is still no acknowledgement of receipt on the part of AGS.
Can anyone relate to this?
Last info is that they don't shop to freight forwarders..Hi guys.
Has anyone used AGS to buy stuff from best buy in the US? According to their website, they don't ship to known freight forwarders, but I'm hoping AGS has found a way around it???
Is anyone else experiencing very slow local AGS service suddenly? My packages all seem to reach South Africa in the normal average 3-4 days, but then once it reaches South Africa, movement is very slow.
My only two packages in transit at the moment:
Cleared from customs - 10/05/2019 (4 days no movement)
Under processing JHB - 06/05/2019 (8 days no movement)
I e-mailed the usual jnb support address but as of late, only receive the automated reply that the email was received and no more communication after that. It's almost as if AGS South Africa has become a ghost town.
I'm currently experiencing the worst delay I have ever experienced with AGS. I've been waiting for a parcel since March 23rd and the only thing they are able to do with it at the moment is scan it every few days:
