Seeing the same, my items can now be delivered but at a cheap delivery rate of $250. :/

Most of my stuff is coming through ok. I did have something that needed port health inspection and that took a week. But otherwise its working fine with DHL.

With Aramex its a dumpster fire, the package sat for 12 days with no updates. I don't think thats customs though I think its just them that can't deliver properly and leave the customs update as the last entry so they don't get the blame. its impossible for Aramex (not global shopper) items to take 12 days to clear and DHL takes 24-48 hours.

Yeah I can choose who to use. DHL is flawless i mean literally this last package of mine cleared customs so fast it just went from "arrived at OR Tambo" to "out for delivery" within 10 hours.
But, you pay a mega premium for it.

Aramex is budget, and i suppose you get what you pay for. Although what irritates me is that Aramex still got the package to ZA fast from USA, but then it sits in their warehouse/customs here for 8 days??

Stay away from Aramex, no customer service.
