IT policies can always be improved. And should constantly be ammended due to the nature of the business
Employees should be made aware why the policies are in place, instead of just being told no. Bypassing or not adhering to policies should be dealt with harshly (unfortunately some users simply dont realise what they are doing)
Mobile devices are a users responsibility unless provided for by the company. If mail is allowed on mobile devices, there should be policies governing them.
