Are these flying ants or queen ants or what

Looked behind my curtain today and saw hundreds of these as well as hundreds of regular ants.

Well if there are hundreds of em it stands to reason they are not Queens, as you only get one of those per colony afaik.

Oh yes definitely not queens then. These have got two yellow bands on their lower segments.

those are termite ''flying ants''.
Or so I was recently told
I would have the place treated for termites
