If so, you should also lay a complaint with the ASA. These product statements come straight off the NoWire Web site. Compare these initial product offerings and promises with Sentech's latest utterings:

The initial commercial product launch will include three packages. Your achievable throughput will be defined by the package you purchase. Initially a 128Kbps, 256Kbps and 512Kbps package will be available on a shared bandwidth platform.
5. Is my usage capped on my MyWireless account?
You’re throughput rate is defined by the package you purchase. Sentech does however not limit the amount of data via your connection and does not vary the quality of service according to the amount of data transferred. Thus the maximum amount of data transferable is defined by the speed of your chosen package, not a usage cap.
