Are you getting paid a full salary during the lockdown?

No even though I'm working from home applying for funding assistance . Possibility of shut down after the lockdown. Issue is no salary no money to pay rent or food . No family that I can request help from either. What do people do in situations like this?

I suppose if the employer has a reasonable explanation for not paying full salary it's a bitter pill the employee has to swallow. But some essential businesses are busier than they have ever been, in which case half salary is unfair.

We are running a skeleton staff in the office (essential services), and it's been intimated (nothing on black and white yet) that those at home are having this time taken out of their sick leave (if they have any) or annual leave (again, if they have any). Remains to be seen how it will all be handled.
They can have all my leave, I'm just happy to have a job and a full salary...

Working as per normal, full salary with an effective 1st April.. Only change is the home is the new office..

Considering myself very fortunate at this point in time..

Oh absolutely plus the overtime I worked. But they took all my leave days all of 'em. But currently not going to work until the lockdown is lifted and my leave days will run out somewhere between the 17th and 25th of April and I get paid on the 25th so I'll see what's up.
