I have been trying to get a resolve in terms of ordering a phone line and DSL service for like the last 6 weeks already.
Telkom cancelled my order 3 times without notifying me and left it up to me to find it out.
On Friday I found out that apparently my house is not on the system, but my neighbours are. Pretty wierd considering there is a dormant phone line already in the 5 year old property... I gave them the Erf number now so lets see. The last guy has now been very apologetic and they claim that the are going to prioritise the order, but I somehow doubt it..
This morning when I phoned (my daily call) it was surprising how they where extremely polite. Must be some note there that a supervisor was monitoring the account.
