If Chelsea is looking to offload Lukaku maybe that's a good option because Arsenal surely can outbid any team outside the EPL easily.

Then again this manager does not have a good track record with top class strikers and Lukaku is particularly emotionally sensitive.

Should NEVER sign prospects on cheap fees. That’s just bad corporate business /s

Really favorable fixtures at the start of the season, they should be hovering around the top 5/4 before facing Spurs.

Final 4 could be difficult depending on whose fighting for relegation and if Newcastle is fighting for a European place. On paper looks like a cakewalk

Yeah, fixture lists mean nothing to me these days. We can lose or win any one of those matches, it all depends on which Arsenal team decides to pitch up on the day.

And who we sign as the new main striker, if anybody.

22, left-footed, AM, decent highlight reel. Not sure where he slots in, though, because he seems like a carbon copy of Ødegaard.

Maybe Arteta is planning on doing a copy of Wenger's 4-3-3 , double pivot of a holding and creative midfeilder behind a #10

No surprises here, but Nketiah has signed a long term deal, and has been given the number 14 shirt. Is this an indication that he’s going to be our starting striker next season? Are we even going to bother going for Jesus or another real forward now?

My guess is Eddie won’t last 2 seasons. Will likely go on loan midway or end of the season. He doesn’t have that killer instinct. I was hoping we could go for someone either than Jesus tbh. Jesus also suffers from terrible droughts. However, we are better off with Jesus and finding out we didn’t need him than being without and finding that we needed him (excuse the pun).

obviously we are going to sign another striker

There is 0% chance that Eddie is going to go on loan in January….

Eddie is perfectly acceptable 2nd striker. He showed in the opportunities that he got last season that he can offer goals.

Starting 11’s is 2000’s thinking. Modern football with 5 subs and 50 games is about 16-17 man squads with multi functional players.
