That was a once off methinks, but we will see if they can produce that kinda footie every week.

Best I've seen Arsenal played in a very long time. Draw was a fair result as either team could have won it.

once off streak of 14 games unbeaten, W12 D2

Then you have not been watching them play for the last 2 months.

Since Chelsea defeated them - they've come into some excellent form. their football has also looked good during this period mate.
Read in interesting article re: the top 6 that came about after 5 of them apparently had a secret meeting to break away from the Champions and Europa Leagues to play with the other elite teams only.

The article went on to show the increasing gulf between the top 6 and the other 14 teams in the league, season on season. What really caught my eye was Arsenal: last season we dropped 27 points against them (home and away), but so far we've only dropped 2 this season. Sure, we're only a few games into 2018/19, but at the current rate of improvement, I don't see that figure increasing to anywhere near where it was last year. TL;DR: we're improving where it matters. The results against the other top 6 will eventually get better, too, I'm sure.

At a time of the season we need a fully fit squad. We get injuries like this :(
Its Welbs so it actually strengthens the squad imo.

Rumour was that he might have been to Palace, I doubt that's gonna happen now.

He's been useful this season so far. You might remember him getting the winner against them in Portugal. Even if he was off in Jan we could still have used him until then and we might have gotten a few bucks for him. If he was with us until then end of the season he would have been more than useful backup.

Nothing about this is good for Arsenal or the player. You just have to look at the faces of the our players on the pitch. That kind of stuff, messes with you mentally.

I disagree, he provides a good sub come the 70th minute and we are running out of legs. He gets back and defends as well. No injury is a plus to any squad.

Agreed. Him coming on against Liverpool is what made the difference. He's a strong, quick, physical player that may not always do a lot ON the ball, but is really good OFF it, and tracks back if needed.

Doesn't mean it could have been worse. Didn't watch the game so wondering about the performance.

We were lack lustre last night. Very similar to the Arsenal of old, no urgency and passing the ball backwards and sideways. We seemed to have lost the directness on our attacks. Wolves played well and like any good Portuguese coach would tell his team when they go 1-0 up they had most of the men behind the ball and were tough to get through and tried to his us on the counter.

We were lucky not to lose last night.

But, we DIDN'T lose. That's the difference between this team and the Arsenal of old. We're STILL unbeaten in all competitions somehow. Sure, the draws could've been losses, but we could also have won them.

Scrappy, but 3pts none the less. Really glad we ground that one out. Two really tough games coming up, though. Let's hope we get good results!

Team still falls apart every now and then, but they seem to recover faster, and are improving ... , that we are winning points is a bonus.

Why don't FIFA standardize a pitch size rather than mandating a minimum? These small pitches clearly suit the home small teams and they're not too disadvantage playing at the larger pitches.
