Won the EPL and Europa. Also played under Emery at PSG, and won stuff there. Yes, he makes mistakes, but they're not Mustafi level mistakes that cost you 5+ games a season. He's also very good on the ball. He wouldn't be any worse than what we already have tbh - and we wouldn't have to wait a few months for him to adapt to the league.

As one who follows Scottish football first and foremost, at today’s prices, 25m is a steal for Tierney. He is a fantastic player.
The battle for Scotland has been trying to accommodate him and Andrew Robertson in the same team. Tierney is that good.

I think David luiz is miles ahead of mustafi.. would make much better defense sense for us. yes he makes mistakes buuut also makes alot of good decisions!! and it aint mustafe mistakes.. 
Luiz is a better defender than what we have, but not sure if Rob Holding or Calum Chambers are the cover he needs. Luiz and a younger Kos would have been a great combination. Wonder how Monreal feels about Tierny rumors.
Looking at the squad being built, I think a 5-4-1 is a probable formation for next year. Luiz will sit just infront of Holding and Chambers, so he can play a bit more of a passing game. Ozil will sit just behind a front man like Auba

luiz for a few years until Saliba, Holding, Mavropanos and Chambers are all ready seems like a good deal, very sensible from emery and raul

Not sure, lads, but for the first time in a while I'm feeling positive about a new season. I have no idea what we'll win (if anything) but the signings so far have shown me that the owners (Josh at least) are as serious about the club moving forward as we are. Whatever happens, I just feel that this coming season is going to be a good one for us.
