what!?!?! they can barely handle the customers they have at the moment, and they want to take on more!?! how ridiculous!!!
tip to sentech: sort out your crap with the "apparent" 1% of clients first, THEN you can take on more people!
Hopefully we as a community can do enough to discourage these people from signing up until Sentech have proved that they can provide a proper service to ALL of of their clients...
