I actually know where the pop is going to be so this is pretty much going ahead. We should either be or have already signed the rental agreement.

Awesome news, Kosmik!!!

BTW, by rental agreement you mean that you'll be moving to Ashely / Caversham Glen?

Nope I mean them paying the owners of the site where the pop is :p Soz, can't give more details than that , I know some ISP's are fussy about where their pops are so don't want to jinx it.

No worries, mate.

BTW, is that 75% interest generated so far for all 5 or 6 phases, or for a specific phase? The reason I'm asking is that for my area and Reservoir Hills, they were split up into 3 phases. Vumatel will only allocate a build date once all 3 phases have achieved the required level of interest.

I live in moseley, we also on the list and I think it's 75% for the entire phase of the rollout, not just individual suburbs.

Please double check that, if you can. The quickest way is to check with someone who lives in a different suburb.

Short abswer; yes

Correct. The request is for site hosting, access, allowance to install silent generator and batteries etc. Bonus benefit is site gets uncapped 1Gbps internet :p

Well once the pop is down, pretty sure most roll out will happen. I know Mtn laid fibre by my house late last year so makes sense to be competitive.
