Assistance with Wifi Router

Hey guys, got myself a Dell Vostro 3500,running windows 7 64bit - issue is, I am not able to conect to my home router with it. Sees the network, allows me to select and connect to network, I am able to enter my security key... then get error...windows was not able to connect. I am using a Billion 400G , Telkom branded. All other devices are able to see and connect and use the internet via the router. I am able to use wifi at the office, no probs, any ideas? Thanks in advance.

ok, everything sorted....needed to upgrade the routers firmware,- to version 9...the latest can be found by calling www.sizwebroadband.co.za - and asking them to mail it to you ,as the website has the old version.
