Within a fast-paced and accomplished Cape Town/Johannesburg-based team, you’ll be responsible for deploying, monitoring and maintaining both PBX and Call Centre environments, using Asterisk and related software.
A task that demands your 4-plus years’ experience as a VoIP Engineer involving various Linux technologies. This must include a thorough understanding of the design, installation and maintenance of new and existing solutions. A valid driver’s licence is also essential. Computer hardware (A+/N+ level) along with local and wide area networking (TCP/IP), Linux/Centos/SLES, IT troubleshooting and customer service know-how is desirable.
