My opel astr 180i 1994 model just won't start. There's enough spark and fuel but nothing. Someone told me about the cold start valve but I don't even know where the thing is situated. Can some one pls help
As I am unemployed and need to do everything myself.
Help please

If it was the Monza GSI COTY 1991 you would have no problems LOL

EDIT - Ettiene this is an inside joke... nothing personal.... check the coil would be my guess

Thx guys for the quick reply. I am goimg to take your advise and check the coil, coilpack, plugs etc etc.
I took out the 1st plug only to find there's excess petrol being sprayed I.o.w too much fuel on the plug. What could be the cause? And where is the cold start situated? Could that perhaps be the cause of my problem?

Best regards to all and thx again

Fuel on the plugs may just be a result of you trying to start it repeatedly. But if fuel is definitely getting into the cylinder, then spark or timing is definitely the problem.

Do you have an immobilizer fitted?
