Good day,
Long story that I won't bore you with but my fibre connection (turns out mulitple customers in the surrounding area are also impacted) has been down for a week and a half with no resolution in sight. The issue experienced has been confirmed to be on Fibrehoods' network.
I have been phoning daily to get any information/ updates but every time I phone the consultants treat this as if it is the first time that my issues have come to their attention. Seems like they cannot track issues. Sending daily mails to their support mail box have not even yielded one response.
Does anyone here have any contact details of someone at Fibrehoods that I can escalate my issue.
