Besides wasting money on phone calls to wbs and then getting charged for the "free" 1g which was put on my account by wbs, I still get cut off at 23:30 on the 31st of Aug.

This is cr@p and that damn BW manager is getting worse by the month.

Please sort it out or get someone that can sort it out as I use this connection for important business and this is now the second time it's gone down in 2 days.

One of the reasons I got iBurst in the first place was because I would still have connection after I reached my 3g cap, but if this problem happens again I am cancelling as I can't afford to be just cut off because of that dumb BW manager.

Since restart at midnight I have been disconnected 4 times while trying to post this message.

Rather not cut off but capped as I could get to wbs webpage, and the only way I could get to any other site was to reset the modem and get another IP which lasted for a minute or so each time. Been capped again twice now while editing this post. :(

Thats a dumb comment since I have never been an abuser, besides that BW manager is becomming erratic and capping whenever it feels like it without giving the 64k after cap.

ahhh ok, don't mind me I was peed off at the time and still in the process of cooling down in regards to wbs BW manager messup.
And to think I had just said in a previous post that it seemed they were starting to get it all together.

WBS is just like Geldbom - refuse to talk to their customers.

I think it's because no-one at WBS knows how to send an email - and it's gonna cost them dearly. If you ignore your customers, it's time to close shop.

I started to get this cap problem already in May. It was a "VIRUS". mmm and on the 1st of the month the virus is just going to walk away. Funny...

I don't know about how this BW manager works. I shut down my system last night at 11:50pm (everything but not the UTD). This morning my bandwidth is on 44MB and I check the bandwidth first thing. That is a little bit funny. Perhaps also their clocks on this system is out.

I also had problem with my SMTP server and it took WBS 29 Days to respond.

Good luck MrH (and tell WBS to fix their problem. They advertise a product that has 3 GB and the 64kbps. Using 3GB and then the 64kbps is then not ABUSE, it is the product you are paying for.)

LCE, at the moment I'm not going to do anything as I am still fuming here and will probably do or say something I might regret.
I never even got to use up that so-called free 1g which they charged me for and I got cutoff.
WBS have got to sort out that BW manager or they going to have a lot of very pissed off customers.

It is also no good only me complaining, we need a whole group of users to do the same at the same time.

WBS should also open up a NG so we can discuss the problems, besides at this point in time they only need one section which they can call the "FlamePit"

Yup, WBS does not seem to concerned either.
