Attempting to buy once off MyGig1 on Vodacom.co.za

Tried twice now and both times it says the purchase is successful but then it doesn't reflect in my available data.

Is something wrong with the portal currently? Have I actually bought 2gigs now? (I probably can't use all that before it expires...)

Any help?

You should probably give it a little more time to reflect. Or call customer service to be sure.

Thanks, last attempt was around 10:30 this morning though, never usually takes that long. Couple of minutes max in my experience.

Customer service it is I guess.

I have been struggling with the same thing for 2 days now. I also don't see my balance reflect the data I bought. Customer Care is no help in this regard, they just tell me to check the balance via *082111#
Good luck though
