While Shaun is an absolute star, i think wbs is having a couple of issues today that might keep him busy

I have no problem in putting the whole case up here for the whole world to see. So Shaun, contact me.

One advice to all of you - demand that all your dealings with WBS be documented in writing!

Yeah I am needing to look into ADSL more seriously now. iBurst has got to go. Fairlady let me know what happens I will be needing to cancel a 24 month contract.

why Shaun Green? It's not his job, all the times he's helped us out it was above his normal duties, just because he wanted to be helpful and yet here you are demanding he contact you via PM on a non official forum for official WBS business.

Why don't you ask for the accounts department to email you... or ask how to contact them?

Slimothy, what do you mean helped us out above his duties??? You speak as if he has given you something you haven't paid for already!!! Shaun Geen has been the de facto customer relations person at the WBS ever since I signed up in December. He was the face of the company for many of us.

Shaun Green because he was the person who used to make all those "special arrangements" for me whan I wanted to cancel my subscription in the past 5 months and which kept me as a customer of WBS. Those special arrangements were never materialised on paper and I need him (if he remembers) to clear inconsistencies with the accounts department.

Why do I use this public forum - because yesterday another person posted with a plea to him to contact him and SG responded. I have been emailing him for the past week and have now resorted to a public forum.

are you kidding me? first off he is no longer the operations manager and ever since he stopped being the operations manager he stopped appearing here in an official capacity, sure he does make the odd post but is no longer obligated to. He's in the technical side now and shouldn't deal with customers at all basically and yet takes calls at 3AM and gets demands like this through the forum and you'll find he probably will sort it out for you if he sees it... but you must realise you paid WBS not Shaun Green and that this isn't his job. So yes its above and beyond his cal of duty and if he sees this it will be in his own time not during office hours while he is not on the clock... I just think it looked liek a demand like he has to do it because you say so... a please would have been nice

actually I never asked that, I just meant if you want to make demands then demand the account department to contact you or ask users how to contact them... if you want a favour then realise it is a favour and use the word please... don't act like its shauns job

ok, Slimothy, I apologise for offending your sense of justice. I understand your reaction - it is most probably due to me not disclosing the full nature of the problem. Let me put it this way, SG is called to testify to facts and conversations between us - not to sort any current problem of mine per se. Therefore:

Shaun Green, contact me as per earlier emails to clear matters of fact relating to conversations (telephonic and in person) of ours in April and May.
