are you kidding me? first off he is no longer the operations manager and ever since he stopped being the operations manager he stopped appearing here in an official capacity, sure he does make the odd post but is no longer obligated to. He's in the technical side now and shouldn't deal with customers at all basically and yet takes calls at 3AM and gets demands like this through the forum and you'll find he probably will sort it out for you if he sees it... but you must realise you paid WBS not Shaun Green and that this isn't his job. So yes its above and beyond his cal of duty and if he sees this it will be in his own time not during office hours while he is not on the clock...
