I am not sure if I will get any help on this issue, but I will give it a shot.

My bluetooth in my Audi suddenly stopped working about a week ago, the steering controls dont ask to insert phone or any of that jazz.

Now yesterday, out of the blue it started working again, but died later on in the day.

Dry joint? Bad connection?

Someone suggested doing a ECU reset, dont know this would help.

Any thoughts?

If you in JHB, go past Rivonia Car Sound in Woodmead (by the McDonalds) speak to Howard, he has a VAG machine that will connect to your car's ECU and he can check for you.

Many thanks. Will try that. Was actually thinking of buying a vagcom cable. Might come in handy in the future.
