Audio not corresponding with picture on Telkom Lit Box

I bought the Android Media Box from Telkom these past few days. It has been working well until yesterday. The sound on the picture isn't corresponding with the movements on the screen. I don't know what to do. Someone please help

Mine also does this, quite often.

A reset fixes the problem for me.

Lol... Just unplug it from the power source
