I was actually asking for a gramattical translation.

Anyway...if they cared about the rankings and 'weighted' it to their advantage then they would not play NZ and a contrived Tendulkar send off 'series' against WI nor only play 2 tests against SA. You are 'weighting' it against yourself when you play and even win against lower ranked teams.
How about they play Zim 20 times? Do you think they will become #1.

India know that they effectively dictate ICC, so why care about test rankings when the $$ are in 20/20??

Since India has been calling the shots Test cricket has declined in standard and the amount of games...when last did SA play again?

SA needs to play more test cricket. It is a crying shame that as the no 1 ranked team we played the fewest tests (iirc) of the top 5 nations)..........
