Scientists: Analyzes millions upon millions of data points covering many facets from surface temperature, water temperature, biomass, atmospheric conditions, water and air densities, glacier coverage etc. etc.

Ponderer: I got a C in woordsomme in Grade 3 and I can watch Youtube of other people that can do Grade 3 Woordsomme. I must be right.

But don't worry! I got you! To get going into the details you can go to scholar.google.com and type in "climate change scientific basis". I do have a two thousand page summary of the different research to get you started! https://www.ipcc.ch/report/ar6/wg1/downloads/report/IPCC_AR6_WGI_FullReport.pdf
These "climate scientists"?

So lets see what they say?
Cancel the debt of the global South (GS). Debt suffocates global South nations’ ability to take climate action. Cancelling the debt of impoverished nations will free them to leave fossil fuels in the ground and invest in a just transition to clean energy. The colonial setup of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and World Bank places immense power in the hands of the G7. Germany has to take a strong stand in favor for cancelling the debt of the global South, expressed through a letter to the IMF.

Some of them yes. I guess they are growing frustrated -- the scientific evidence is overwhelming but Youtube seems to have bigger impact. So creating social media waves is obviously the way to go. They might not be good at protests because their speciality is science after all :)

It is equivalent to them screaming on top of their lungs "A steamroller is going to roll over all of us! Here is pictures and video of it! Here is the path it will take! Here is the speed and when it will it us!" and a bunch of people going "That is no problem because we are not steam!", "I don't believe in steamrollers", "Steamrollers are natural so they can't hurt us"

So lets see what they say?

It is one part of it yes. The global north used cheap fossil fuels to drive their development and created most of the problem. Allowing the global south to develop renewable energy will make sure the global south is not disadvantaged and turns to fossil fuels for their development.

Temperature won't be lower, this is just to stop the increase on the increase in temperature.

You stating as such doesn't really help the discussion.

What science do you rely on to claim that the contribution of CO2 to global warming/greenhouse effect is negligible?
A look at Earth's temperature over millennia. Yes, it is warming up, but it did happen before.

And, we are much lower, that almost anytime in history (except Ice Ages).

What do you think Eskom would do if they got a whole bunch of free money? Or better yet, what do you think the ANC would do?
Let's start at the end, tell the story backwards.

Hey Marty, I just came back from 2123. The NPA never managed to get the ANC extradited back from Dubai ...

That's not the point of your post, or was it? Truth is, ZA is not the only poor country in the south.

Is it true that Zimbos are feeling to Moz now to seek better opportunities? Or is that only in 2050?

BS.
It is extremely underwhelming.

No.
They are good at protesting, but their Science is lacking.
Their specialty is BS/fake/pseudo Science.
More than a little soft-in-the-head.
It is equivalent to them screaming on top of their lungs "A steamroller is going to roll over all of us! Here is pictures and video of it! Here is the path it will take! Here is the speed and when it will it us!"
Yup - they are indeed hysterical.
They have been fooled by BS, but they don't know it.
They absolutely believe the BS to be true.

Yes - they are the ones that see through the whole "climate crises" BS.

Yeah - nothing to do with politics and money. ;)

Promise?

Not at all, they're very selective, none of these climate cultists glued themselves to the millions of trees in the 1000y/o forest germany cut down to put up a wind farm... I guess their consensus is that the wind turbines will suck up the co2

I am aware of the temperature record...

But so far all we have from our resident "Its BS, and science is a cult" person is the stomping feet of a 2 year old going "NO!" and refusing to provide even the slightest shred of evidence to back up his claim.

I am pretty damned sure that many people here would be open to changing their point of view if presented with compelling evidence to show that the CO2 aspect of global warming is "bullshyte and a cult".

Hello my little cupcake.
Still struggling to understand what I said?
Has the proverbial penny not yet dropped?
You still believe the whole "climate crises" thing - that this BS is real?

Provide evidence buttercup... that is all we want. Not you stomping your feet like a petulant little 2 year old not getting their way.

Ponderer & YouTube vs. millions of scientists publishing peer reviewed papers.

I will believe you once you show me that the majority* of climate change papers have been retracted and/or disproved in peer reviewed journals.

Hell -- it doesn't even need to be the majority. I will set the threshold at 10% to start listening to your arguments.

Eyeballing websites and data sets doesn't count.

BTW. how far are you on the 2000 page summary of the science I sent to you?
