Automated Garage Door

As my title states, I am looking to replace my automated garage door. The rack (not sure what its called), the thing that pulls the garage door is broken and so I am thinking of just replacing the garage door and that thing.

I am quite pedantic and don't like paying for extra things I don't need, but want quality workmanship. So I am looking for a good, honest company person who can do this for me. I am in Kuils River, but sure I can use anybody in the Cape Town area.

2nd question, can I just replace the bracket thing and keep the motor. As far as I know there is nothing wrong with the motor.
