Avoid Atterbury / N1 the weekend of 14 August

Be warned!!

Next weekend the N1 both directions are going to be closed at Atterbury Road bridge for the demolition of the existing Northern bridge.

The fast lane on the Northbound will be closed from Dely bridge and the traffic will be diverted over the off ramp at Atterbury bridge and back onto the on ramp onto the N1. This closure will be from Friday at 20:00 until 23:59 on Sunday.

The fast lane on the Southbound will be closed from Kings Highway bridge and the traffic will be diverted over the off ramp at Atterbury bridge and back onto the on ramp onto the N1. This closure will be from Friday at 20:00 until 23:59 on Sunday.

During this operation portions of the pipe bridge between Atterbury and Lynwood will be cut and removed.

Pointsmen has been arranged to perform point duty at the crossings on Atterbury.
