Axxess - 100M uncapped - Severe Latency variation issues on SA Gaming servers

Hi,
Very disappointed by the service.
I have 100Megs Uncapped Fibre with Axxess, and like to play online on South African Battlefield servers.
It is unplayable from 16:00 or 17:00 onward at peak hour traffic, i experience huge latency variation (from 15ms to 300 ms) and packet losses. I would have hopped being on fibre, this would have never been an issue. There is obviously a capacity issue with the ISP.

What ISP do you advise that can prioritize gaming traffic?

I agree. CrystalWeb or Cool Ideas. Have tried others and latency is a problem

I'm with Cool Ideas (20/20). I game on Xbox and 99% of the time I'm on EU servers. Latency is great and I never lag. Would say give them a try.
