Axxess DNS Family Suite

I've received a message on a download (OneBox APK on a TV Box) that the content was blocked by Axxess' DNS Family Suite and that I should log in to change my settings.

The issue is that if I change the settings from "standard" to "clear" - save and go back into the settings, it reverts back to "standard" and the download is still blocked.

I've tried these changes on both Axxess DNS and Default Network DNS options on the Dashboard.

What is weird is that I've downloaded an earlier version of this APK in the past without being blocked and other APK's from the same app (Doc Squiffy) also downloads without warning

Anyone else with similar issues?

Any reason why you're using their DNS? If not, consider using 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4

That's the whole problem - I haven't activated or changed it - It only popped up and now I can't seem to get rid of it.

Do you still experience the axxess family dns suite blocking you? When discovered this is a thing now I was starting to get blocked by family axxess pages poping up, even after changing the family suite settings to clear.
Then decided to change my DNS to google, and even then I still get axxess family blocked pages on steam forum....
and after a couple of support tickets where they just tell me everything is fine I just need to clear my browser cache.
Just would like to know if there is a solution otherwise I feel my best option is to change ISP.
