You need to learn to use the quote button, otherwise we don't know who you're addressing.

I never claimed it went live at 10AM, I said you can't substantiate the claims that Axxess doled out the stock of the 50%-off special to their friends and family. That is a serious allegation and seems to be nothing more than a case of sour grapes anyway.

A bit roundabout, not the process that you follow when not logged in.

No access to the splash screen when logged in, and when not logged in cannot pay (duplicate ID).

See if you can still get for R749.

BarOn, yes it is a case of sour grapes, I purchased quite a few items on one of these deals, and know how the setup works, did everything correctly and was never able to get the R499 deal, click on the combo because that was the point in the first place added to the cart and still tried, but at checkout was still the full value less 10%. this happened exactly at 10:10, did not even take me 30 seconds. i worked for a company years ago and seen what happened in a competition of 100 video cameras, and trust me most of those camera's left with the staff.

I am an Existing Client. I purchased from my Control Panel and got the correct discounts. I think a lot of people had issues with not selecting the data package. My signup was complete for R508.00 at 10:12am.

Yeah it only came up a little after 10 for me as well.

Also, it initially showed up as R999 even when selecting the combo. This was through the link in the email. I then went to the homepage and went to their mobile deals and this time it came up for R499 so I got it.

Got mine at 10:15 for R499.

At 10:05 there was only a 10% discount, around 10:11 they updated it to 50% off.
