Isn't that sneaky? it is supposed to say also 2Mbps <> 4Mbps & 4Mbps <> 8Mbps/10Mbps ???

Hmm.

Yes, it applies to Openserve ISPs across the board, remains to be seen if they all have positive reactions though .

Telkom Internet customers are already being upgraded...

I really really hope 4Mbps gets upgraded to 8Mbps.

Upgrade happened today, 4-8Mbps would be a nice jump.
