getting really frustrated with my mobile broadband with axxess. not sure who to blame, axxess or mtn? anyone else having issues with their mobile broadband? my connection keeps dropping, connection intermittent. have to phone them like 3 times per day to recreate or fix my profile that fell over. they keep escalating the "problem" but it is just not getting fixed, been struggling with this for almost 3 weeks now. anyone else having this experience? i am in craighall johannesburg if the mtn towers are to blame maybe.
